Time to Post!

Now that school has started, it's next to impossible to find time to post on this blog (especially since I am doing a blog for my classroom, which seems to be a hit with my students' parents)!  We have a positive downpour of pictures to post today, from adventures with food coloring, to story time, to General Conference weekend (to find out more what I learned, click HERE)!

First off, the green food coloring incident... Somehow unbeknownst to a room full of adults, the 2 toddlers found, opened, and shook a bottle all over themselves, the cabinets, and the floor.  They enjoyed it as thoroughly as one can expect, although neither appreciated the bath that followed.  The pictures are after the bath, if thhey remained green for a few days.

Next is story time!  Lizzie loves to read "Miss Spider's Tea Party" over...
 ...and over...
...and over...
 ...and over...
I love watching storytime with Daddy--at the very top of Lizzie's favorite things is cuddling in bed with Daddy and a book.  Especially if it's Miss Spider's Tea Party.
 "Again!"

"Tuck, tuck, tuck."  (Lizzie recently discovered that blankets are actually wonderful, and not just a restriction on her movement, as she previously thought since infancy).

And of course, yesterday was our traditional walk down Provo Canyon between Sunday Conference sessions.  Lizzie demonstrated her full independence as she attempted to stroll the length of the path by herself.  I loved that Case got pictures of everybody!

Family Pictures!  (it took quite some time to convince Lizzie that she could manage a break from her exploring to sit in our laps)

We can't forget Maci!  She is such a good baby!

Phew.  Hopefully that lasts us all until the next moment I can find to post!

  2. Thanks, Alea! I'm glad she likes blankets, too! It's nice to not worry about cold feet if she's not wearing a sleeper.
