Surplus...

Summer is officially here for this teacher!  In other words, my seasonally  regular (hopefully) blogging habits have returned!  I apologize for the delay, but to reward my remaining viewer's dedication in checking this blog (Betty!), I am posting a serious surplus of pictures.  It really doesn't seem like Easter was all that long ago (the last time I posted), but apparently, much has occurred since then (including Lizzie's 2nd birthday)!  So sit back, and enjoy!

Hmmm... I don't remember if anything violent with that bat resulted shortly after this picture was taken, but judging by that expression, it might have.  I think she got a little territorial with it.
